Jonathan from your company came out today and treated my house for roaches. It was very refreshing to have a service tech like Jonathan perform services for me. He was very personable, friendly, explained everything he was doing, and I was very happy with the services he provided. He is a great employee, and you are fortunate to have him!

Everyone with this Company provided exceptional customer service! Everyone was frienly, professional and answered all my questions! Cory made sure that he cleaned up after treatment even sweeping after he completed his work! I would recommend their service to anyone!

So far both times we've called to have them come deal with a pest issue they were not on time. Last time they were supposed to be here by 10am to treat for termites. Didnt show up till almost 2pm. This time they were supposed to come get a possum out of our wall, supposed to be here "first thing in the morning". Its now 2pm and they are not here. Called and was told that the guys had said they had already been by my house and took care of the issue, which they had not, and left for the day because it rained for about an hour... read more
