Theresa processed my transactions fast and efficiently, as she has for years. I then asked about the Tri City credit card. She answered all my questions and I told her that I wanted to apply. She had Nadia assist, and together they completed the application very quickly. I can't say enough positive things about Tri City bank and their employees!

I love this banking with tri city this branch has always have good and positive workers until now. The taller older lady with the blonde hair is very rude when talking to you. It’s like she doesn’t like her job and is being forced to work. Every time I come through the drive through she’s the same. She talks to you as if you’re dumb. She should not be at the drive through branch. Makes people feel uncomfortable.

Love this branch. Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming. At my last visit, Vibha, was knowledgeable about services available. Vibha provided me with information that I was not aware of, resulting in better banking services for my needs. I am very pleased with her ability to be professionally friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.
