We received exceptional service at TriCity from Destiny who was amazingly patient with my nephew who has some challenges. She also helped us trouble shoot some potential barriers and gave excellent advice. The entire staff is welcoming and I know my nephew is in good hands!
I have been utilizing Tri-City for over 30 years. Despite moving, whenever I need in person banking I go to this branch. I have had a couple of bad experiences at other branches in all those years…so now I use this branch exclusively for in person usage. They have long term employees (always a good sign) and they are nice to EVERYONE…always willing to help and find a solution. It’s nice to see this kind of customer service in today’s world…well done!
