Meena is absolutely amazing and works incredibly efficiently! She was able to get a car loan done within 4 hours the same day and always keeps us in the loop of things. Whenever we need something we always know Meena will know how to solve it!

I have always had pleasant and efficient service at this bank. Karyn has helped me the last couple of times I needed to redeem savings bonds and she knows what she is doing and makes the process go very smoothly. I am happy that I have Tri City National Bank, and this branch in particular to go to when I need in bank services.

No matter which branch I go to the staff is always friendly, and knowledgeable. I had fraud on my Amazon account last week. I had two cards attached to the account, so I had to call both Tri City and Landmark Credit Union. Tri City answered both of my calls immediately, and took care of the issue right away. I was on hold for forty five minutes with Landmark. Then a young man finally answered. He said I will connect you with the fraud department. I waited another twenty minutes, and finally hung up. I recently had a great experience with Karyn K. at this location. My daughter and I came into the bank with a pretty big "To-Do" banking list...setting up a CD, opening/closing accounts, signing my daughter up for her first credit card, etc. Karyn was very pleasant and willing to help us. And although my daughter and I thought that this was going to be very tedious to accomplish, Karyn's banking expertise got us through in a breeze. Piece of cake!
