The new Branch manager is professional and patient however there is still an employee that is so disrespectful that she made my baby girl cry a while back so I have no problem waiting in line for another teller or coming back on a different day just not to deal with her. She disrespected me for riding the bus, and some other stuff and my daughter got excited about wanting to save $1,000 and she told her that's not a lot of money and she kept at it being very rude, negative and just flat out nasty. EXECLLENT service with a delicate estate situation. I brought in an estate situation they have never experienced before. They took care of me in a timely, professional manner. I was very pleased. Estates are not always easy to take care of when changes in executors are made. They made this easy for me. Thank you
I was forced to re open my Account. The few new tellers are nice, professional and patient which is good however I have my reasons for giving three stars cause let's just say the vide is not what it use to be just leaves a bad taste feel whatever u want to call it, and I don't think it'll ever get back the way it was. This bank on Sunset Ave in Waukesha is great. They are always helpful and very nice when we have to deal with them. And Trevor really went above and beyond to take care of our needs! I recommend using them for a mortgage, in addition to regular banking.
Trevor Arnold, assistant VP and my loan officer is also my hero. I was totally unfamiliar with and unprepared for purchasing a business. He helped me find information I needed. He did most of my paperwork for me. He even came to my house. I will always go to Trevor for all my business banking needs. I suggest you do too.
