Bill Cook runs an outstanding business. He is all about good customer service. I had a warranty that covers transmission problems. He could have overcharged the warranty company but his estimate and repair work was fair and honest. The turn over time was 2days and he even gave me a loaner while I was without a car. I highly recommend his company for honest, fair, thorough transmission service.
Bill Cook is the owner at Tri City Transmissions and he treats you right. You always speak with him, which is very nice. I brought my car in on Monday and had it back on Thursday. I was happy with the price quoted, as it was a lot cheaper than the dealership. The car is running great now. I would really recommend him to anyone.
