Horrible Communication I was quoted one price for an apartment (the same price from two different people), 4 weeks later I got a call stating that everything looked good and I just needed to turn in my notice to my current apartment complex. I specifically asked if that was the only thing holding me up. I wanted to make sure before turning in my 30-day notice. Where Do I Start... First off these apartments are REALLY old and it shows in everything!! Poor plumbing, cracks in walls, floors, and ceilings. Have to fight roaches, air quality is horrible due to disgusting air ducts, and parking is a joke. Those pictures must be of the model apartment because I've been in 4 different apartments and have NEVER seen black appliances and it looking so new, don't fall for it!!
Don’t do it charge for your visitors parking New mangers ....that don’t get work orders done I’ve been waiting almost a month to get my ceiling fixed from when my upstairs neighbors had a leak... and every time you have a visitor each day per car they have to pay 4.33 to park so they won’t get towed which is 300.00 They just scamming and I’m ready to move ASAP
