Jamie and his crew did an amazing job installing new pool! Worked very hard, very courteous, and respectful. Informed of every step and procedure of the process that was happening! Rooster does a great job of explaining what equipment is, how everything works, answers questions, and gets work done in a timely manner.
What an awesome company, awesome people, & awesome fast service! I posted about my pool pump not working & Jamie responded immediately & sent Rooster out first thing the next morning. He had me back going in less than an hour! He was very friendly & knowledgeable! I highly recommend Tri-W!!!
I got impeccable service from Tri-W. They fixed my pool and came out and explained how all the pumps and levers work to turn equipment on and off. They are knowledgeable and the invoice was less than the quote. He underpromised and over delivered which is a good thing in customer service!
Jamie and his team.did an amazing job on our pool. Tri-W has a crew that does everything in house and they are extremely respectful of your yard and home. Just tell Jamie your vision and he will run with it. No need to find a contractor for this and that, Jamie handled it all and made it easy with the confidence you want to see in a project like this. Jamie from Tri W Pools was a pleasure to deal with, I had a new liner put in my in ground pool it came out better then I expected. His crew was top notch very professional and the workmanship was great. I also had some concrete that was slopping and cracking and had that fixed as well from Tri W it looks exactly like the rest of the pool deck.
