i have been here for some months now and I love the front office staff the maintenance people and just the fact they are always on top of the issues I have instead of just letting things go. i have two kids and I'm trying to create stability and a safe home for them and they are really helping me achieve that and I'm thankful. i look forward to being a part of the community for many more years. its affordable.
ICE STORM,17 DEGREES OUT AND NO HEAT AND THEY REFUSE TO FIX IT Me and my ex fiance I used to live here around 89 maybe 90, it was a while ago. And it was a lot better then. Definitely not a good place to live. I didn’t find out if this was all bills paid until the day I moved in and that the heating and cooling was allocated. That means they control it apartments are very old. Need to be updated. I wanted to move out early because my car keeps getting hit in the parking lot when I am not occupying it and it happened twice already by two different people and they tell me I cannot do that so in other words, let my car be hit just overall very bad service did not like the apartments at all when I ... read more
Tribecca Pointe. Gets 1 one star bc it's my lowest choice of review I can give. Long story short. I paid a deposit & signed a lease to a coach roach infested apartment beyond imaginable.🚫🪳They were nowhere insight upon 1st tour. They were however literally coming out the garbage disposal when we went in to do our clean up prior to move in 😭🤮I spoke with Leasing, Ass. Management & Regional. Over 9 days and nothing was done🤷🏻♀️😡 I could not move my child into an apartment with the bacteria & other toxins they transmit ... read more
