I can’t say enough good things about Tribecca Pointe! The property is always spotless, well-maintained, and feels so cozy and welcoming. The atmosphere here really makes it feel like home. The management is absolutely amazing — the manager is kind, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents. You can tell she puts her heart into keeping everything running smoothly. My experience living here has been nothing short of amazing! The office staff have been kind and professional, the common areas are well maintained, I’ve never had an issue with neighbors. Finding a home here has been a blessing for my family.
I should’ve went with my first gut when it took them almost two weeks to get me approved taking their sweet time! I needed to be out from where I was at the beginning of August well, the unit wasn’t ready initially what it was supposed to be and got pushed back to August 9. OK, cool because they were running a special anyhow so the move-in day wasn’t really an issue but I see what they did when they run a special they’re trying to move people and see unit units that are inhabitable with no AC And they truly do not care! I did stop by last week to apply to get a 1 bd 1 bth apartment,,, they will get 200 dollars from ya and if ya don’t qualify for rental they suppose to refund you 150 dollars back but…. You do have to wait til they mail it to you by USPS not the same electronic method of payment they had received your money !.. I waited many days for my money back electronically without success,,,,obviously checked my bank account…but they get offended if asked for my tracking number of the checked mailed to me rite?…as they guarantee my che... read more
Do not move here your car will get broken into and the office won’t care. Also your ac won’t work they don’t fix the leaks when your apartment is flooding and when u move out they will add random charges onto your bill and not answer your phone calls they have a roach and mold problems they don’t want to fix my dishwasher was full of mold when I moved in and they charged me to get it fixed
