I would not recommend living at Tribute Apartments based on my experience over nearly two years. Management is extremely unresponsive — I had to email multiple times just to get acknowledgment of my 60-day lease break notice, which they didn’t respond to until 40 days in. Security and cleanliness are major issues. The breezeways were never pressure washed during my time there. After three years of calling this place home, it’s time to leave my review! We moved in right after construction wrapped up, becoming some of the first residents (before the apartments across the street were built). We absolutely loved living here, and the staff was fantastic! Manny was such a huge help when we first moved in, and we’re so grateful for him. I’ve lived here since Tribute opened & it’s sad to see how much the complex has declined. It felt modern, safe, and comfortable for a few years and then quickly went downhill. There’s been such high turnover at the office and with the maintenance team which is never a good sign. The grounds are not being maintained like they once were. Walkways & stairs are turning black because no one is power spraying. People do not pick up after their pets. Jenna Singleton is seriously the best. She’s always quick to respond, extremely helpful, and genuinely cares about making things easy and stress-free. The whole team has been great, but Jenna truly stands out. Samantha was also very helpful, especially with lease information and making sure I got connected with the right people when I needed help. My wife and I were residents at Tribute for over 3 years and we really enjoyed it. We ended up having to move due to our growing family and needing more space, but overall had a very positive experience. A few of the pros of living here: 1. Location - Tribute is just minutes from the beautiful Legacy Park and all the major stores on Woodruff Rd with easy access to I-385/I-85 as well as back roads to get to Haywood and Laurens Rd with ease.
