If you struggle with extreme dental anxiety as an adult do not go to this dental practice. They have zero compassion or understanding of what it is like to have had past dental trauma. I did not refuse to pay. I was not informed before hand that I had to pay upfront for dental treatment. It’s sad as a business you can’t take ownership for your oversight.
