This is Jesley Romero and I will do my update like this because I guess you can't do two reviews?
UPDATE: Jesus Castellanos and David Gutierrez were on top of everything. After I spoke to Jesus on Monday, I was getting calls from left to right about how they could be more of an assistance to me. Mr.David Gutierrez made it happen. I was given a rental car Tuesday 03/03/15 that my friend signed for because like I stressed about before they are very strict about that when you are given one. I was not charged for the rental and they gave it to me with a full tank of gas. When my truck was returned to me they were even kind enough to have washed it and again, given back with a full tank. If it wasen't for them,my car would probably still be sitting there. PLEASE give THEM a call if you are having any issues, nobody seems to be able to help you like they do. They are located at 6730 Gulf Fwy Houston, Tx 77087 and their main number is 713-343-5155. I am still disappointed however with the car itself, because it has been more than enough repairs on it and it just doesn't work properly. There's a rattling sound that I hear when turning on the truck and at times when the shifts are changing. It seems that it's having a diificult time being able to make the transitions smoothly. I will try and speak to someone about getting another vehicle period because I'm just not content with it anymore. I feel as that once the transmission has been touched, it's a done deal. Yes, they gave me a warranty on it for 12,000 miles but once the car is paid off which will be within the next year or so because again, i pay $650 a month and no one will back me when the time comes. There's is a something called the Texas Lemon Law that gives me relief after a certain amount of reasonable attempts to fix a defect. I will try and reason with someone about getting me a another vehicle if not, I will have to start getting an attorney all the paperwork, but when it's all done I will be sure to let you all know what happened. and FYI, they law doesn't apply to new vehicles only.

Después que hablé con Jesús el lunes estaba recibiendo llamadas de izquierda a derecha sobre la forma en cual podrían ser más de ayuda para mí. Mr.David Gutiérrez lo hizo posible. Me dieron un coche de alquiler Martes 03/03/15 que mi amiga firmó porque como les avia dicho antes de que son muy estrictos acerca de que cuando se le da uno. No me cobraron por el alquiler y me lo dieron con el tanque lleno de gas. Cuando mi camioneta fue devuelta a mí fueron tan amables que hasta lavaron es carro y ytambien le llenaron el tanke de gas. Si no se hubiera sido por ellos, mi coche probablemente todavía estuviera sentado allí. POR FAVOR de, darles una llamada a ELOOS si tiene cualquier problema, nadie parece ser capaz de ayudarle a como lo hacen ellos dos. Todavía estoy decepcionado sin embargo con el coche , ya que ha sido más que suficientes reparaciones en ella y simplemente no funciona correctamente. Hay un sonido de confusión que oigo al encender la camióneta y en momentos en en los cambios. Parece que tiene diificultad en hacer la transición de cambios sin tener problemas. Voy a tratar de hablar con alguien acerca de cómo obtener un Nuevo vehiculo porque yo no estoy contenta con ella. Siento que una vez que la transmisión se ha tocado, nunca trabajara igual.
