Tried three different places before coming to tricolor and I am so upset because I should’ve came HERE FIRST! Victor was nothing less than amazing! He was quick, fast and very knowledgeable. This dealership is extremely misleading. I’m not the only one who has experienced this — it has happened multiple times. They advertise cars online that don’t actually exist, with false pricing, just to get you to visit the dealership. Once you arrive, they try to sell you completely different vehicles, often of lower quality. Tricolor, respect people’s time. If a customer calls to ask about a specific car, be honest.
