Had an incredible experience! The entire team was so helpful and understanding. We worked with Diana, and she was absolutely fantastic. She took the time to walk us through every step of the process and really made sure we felt supported. If you want someone who will give you their all, ask for Diana—she’s the best! Michelle was also amazing—super friendly and incredibly helpful. Both of them made our car-buying experience a breeze. Highly recommend working with them if you're in the market for a new car!
I initially spoke with Diana like 2 months ago trying to get a truck with them for my business, but for some reason I couldn’t. So, I told her that I was going to wait for two months and what a surprise that she reach out to me 2 weeks ago and we did schedule an appointment to go and see options for finance. First time here had a great experience. Everyone was very helpful with the process. Joanna was great she helped get me into my new truck with a great price!
It was a bittersweet experience, first off we stopped by to test drive a Dodge Durango and it just did not start, went back home kind of disappointed but with the promise of looking for another SUV with third row seats available within their locations. Next day we visited the dealer again and ended up buying a Ford Explorer that my wife is loving so far, hopefully we won’t have any issues with it, but just in case, we paid $500.00 extra on the down to extend the warranty from 18 to 24 months.
