I initially spoke with Diana like 2 months ago trying to get a truck with them for my business, but for some reason I couldn’t. I filled out the preapproval form online because they said that they could get everybody me approved. Found out that was a lie. They said that I was approved when I called them. I came in and they told me my credit score was too low for an approval plus I co-signed for someone that had the car repossessed 6 months ago. I only went to try to build my credit. I have plenty of money to buy whatever I want in cash and would have paid a higher down payment but I was lied to so if you want false hope and promises visit them. I wen... read more
Mavis gave phenomenal service as I was extremely discouraged before coming in due to being denied a couple weeks ago from another dealership. She was very helpful an friendly staff I would highly recommend, believe me they will try their hardest.
