I have had two wonderful sessions with Yolima. Both times, I've experienced more focused energy and total relaxation. The first day after my lymphatic session, I was able to go full tilt and get everything in order before Lisa came to work with me. I did have to rest the night after my session to give my body time to drain out which it did. I'm continuing to feel better as time goes on and I'm looking forward to my next appointment. I had never had a lymphatic drainage massage before working with Yolima, so I didn't know what to expect, but wow was I impressed! Yolima has deep clinical expertise which she combines with a wonderfully intuitive and empathetic disposition. I immediately felt very comfortable with her. After our session my back pain was better and my whole body and mind felt calmer. Highly recommend!
