My stomach was rock-hard after surgery. Yolonda was able to make me feel human again after just one session. She gave great tips on how to keep the lymphs open until the next session. Definitely going back!
I did a Soul Session with Yolima and was very nervous about it as I’ve never done one before. Yolima has a wonderful cadence to her voice which was very soothing in guiding me to a place within myself that I feel I’ve been trying to find and get in touch with but haven’t been to access on my own. 10/10 recommend! I've been seeing Maria for massages for close to 2 years. Every time I see her I leave feeling relaxed and pain free. Maria is highly skilled at what she does and innovative with her approach. She's able to draw from a number of different techniques to address different problems, and she's great at providing suggestions for at-home exercises as well. She's kind, thoughtful, and a joy to be around - I definitely recommend.
