Be aware of the policy.I lived there for 18 months they are very good in welcoming but afterward you have complaints and complaints only.I was warned by my neighbor as she was moving out.I have pictures and videos taken when I left the apartment which I can send on req. There maintenance company will never show up and even if they arrive they charge you like arm and leg.(Have paid bills).when you vacate then keep in mind they gonna charge you at least 1000 USD to cover up 800 deposit plus ...
I have lived here for a few months now and it is nice being in a small complex. However, the parking is a complete disaster. There are only 5 unmarked spots and the same cars have been parked there for weeks, which is completely unfair. There are times when my brother or I have to drive around for 20 minutes through the neighborhoods to find parking. Being a woman in her 20’s, it gives me anxiety to walk so far from my car at night. This needs to change ASAP, or people with more than one car are not going to want to live her... read more
Trillium Woods is a well-run, clean apartment complex in the trendy Progress Ridge area. The manager is attentive and responds promptly. Best of all, the units have air-conditioning! I can't wait to see the newly-remodeled community room and gym.
It was an alright space to begin with; rediculously huge 2nd bathroom (of 2bd2bth) for no reason which made the other rooms smaller. TERRIBLE parking; our car got so many scratches/dents because of it. Yeah it’s a low deposit but they end up taking that deposit and also charging you an extra $500 so, $1,000 total after move out even though they don’t put it anywhere in the lease agreement. $1000 to repaint the walls? Trillium Woods is amazing!!! The current property manager and maintenance man are amazing!!! They literally go the extra mile every time!!!! Being honest, the parking situation is a little tight, and there aren't a ton of spaces for guest parking, but the units are super nice, the walls stop noise, the people that live here are very kind, and the apartments are very clean. I would totally move in here again (if I didn't already live here, hehe). Thank you! Seth
