RecommendedToday I had Alex and David from Trilogy Services, servicing the A/C unit at my house. They provided not just what I was looking for but also, their knowledge and advise with regards to maintenance and up keep of the A/C unit. Disappointed, moms AC start having major issues and they could never fix it right, brand new carrier installed wrong and air didn’t circulate right. Then they quoted me 11-12k for a 2.5 ac system, I went ahead and paid $5750 yesterday a different company and they did an OUTSTANDING JOB. This company is full crooks be careful.

Extremely bad service,in every way.
Extremely disappointed with this company’s lack of professionalism. They were supposed to come out last Friday to repair our heating system and still haven’t shown up. What makes it worse is that no one provides any answers when you call for an update. You’re just left hanging. We’re currently dealing with an arctic cold front in the Houston area, and my parents are older.
