I am so disappointed with this company, I just got a brand new unit 3.5 ton 14 months ago, first summer after I got it, it is already broken!! I have warranty in parts but not in labor , they are charging $400 for just labor! Incredible . Besides that they blame on me because I have given maintenance to the unit ( to a year old unit?) , I did not take care of it. I don’t recommend this company they just go after money, no customer service .

Worst company to deal with!
Horrible company sent out by my warranty company. Two trips never got a thing fixed. Had to teach the technician how to troubleshoot compressors and explain how they work. I would never use them again. They unnecessarily tore the insulation on my compressor and left it laying next to the condensing unit. Ripped it off instead of removing properly. Exactly a week after Alex came out, AC was having issues again. Alex came out the second time and now tells us that the problem was the leaky evaporator coil, when he told my husband the first time that there were no leaks! How he came to that conclusion the first time when he did not even open and look at it during the first inspection, beats me. Pretty much all he did the first time was a quick fix. Came to my home to service my AC unit paid additional fees for routine maintenance and here I am 2 months later and my AC is not working. Came back out yesterday left the home before diagnosing the problem. Warranty company called Trilogy back and Trilogy gave the warranty company thr run around and did not complete the job. I would not recommend this company!
Trilogy has a lot of wonderful reviews on the internet, so they must have expertise with a number of HVAC systems. However, they aren't qualified to work on 2 zone systems, where you have upstair thermostat separate from downstairs thermostat - and use dampers to control different air flow. Their serviceman are not professional and use second hand materials on your system. I called them out 2 times to fix something they damaged so the technician wrote a false report to my home warranty system and got me voided until I came out of pocket to get it fixed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

On August 22nd we had Trilogy come and look at our house because our unit for our home was no longer cooling. Trilogy said the unit only needed refrigerant. Therefore, we paid to have the refrigerant added. However, the unit quickly went out again and wasn’t working as of four days later. We had Trilogy come out again and they said the unit needed to be replaced and new refrigerant added for the new unit. When our technician went to the house and check the refrigerant levels, it showed that it was low on it. He found the source of the leak and replaced the service valve. We did not charge her for that; indeed, we only charged her for the refrigerant recharge. To anyone who reads this review: We tried multiple times explaining to her why we couldn't give her the refund and she always refuse to listen to us; she wouldn't even let us speak.
