James was great to work with! He called me right away and fit me in within a couple of days of submitting my insurance claim for my cracked windshield, even after getting back late the night before from working out of state. I would definitely recommend Trinity Auto Glass.

Had a great experience getting my windshield replaced at Trinity Auto Glass. I selected them through the online claim filing with State Farm on a Thursday. James called within a couple of hours and had me scheduled for the following Monday. He kept me posted during the process and by Monday afternoon I had a new windshield. He had to calibrate for both the forward facing camera, but also for the rain sensor. No muss no fuss, just good decent honest work.

Working with the tech at Trinity Glass was about as easy as can be. After trying to get my windshield replaced online and getting the online run around I stopped in to check out Trinity Glass and I couldn't be happier. Everything about the quote to the final report, including photos was very transparent. (Pun not intended.) I was recommended to go to Trinity Auto Glass for a windshield replacement. This place was my first pick because of how good someone had spoke about it. I tried to call James for a week to book an appointment and he never picked up or called back.
