The student doctors routinely write prescriptions that they are not allowed to prescribe. This always results in long delays in getting your prescription refilled as well as multiple trips to the pharmacy and phone calls to this clinic by the patient and pharmacy staff. I’ve brought this problem up many times and nothing happens.
I have been a patient here for a few years now. Care is sub par. I was recently treated for a cold. I paid the co pay. Only to receive a bill months later for $50 and they didn't even help me. The billed my insurance company outrageous charges and gave me nothing no help, I went home sick and got better on my own. However, my mother was treated for the same illness a day later and received medication, x-rays, and all around much better treatment. Wonder if it has anything to do with her being on Medicare???? Meagan L. continues to order services here to Suite 210, through one of the apps on her personal phone device, and she's aware that her location is initially routed to 37595 W Seven Mile Road, however in Northville MI (which is 4 miles away). I'm not certain if she minds the inconvenience, delivery of services are never on time, continue to get misrouted or lost while trying to deliver to her. Their attending doctors don’t know how to code visits properly for insurance, so it gets denied because of it and end up with a 182 dollar bill. Then you have to call their billing to get it addressed. I’m literally not paying for your incompetence. Last time I will ever go there. Ridiculous. Sayonara, Ryan Whittington
My children see Dr. Brenner here and we have always had a good experience. I have seen many of the doctor’s in the practice myself and was seen throughout one of my pregnancies as well. Dr. Wowk and Dr. Rothenberg are great doctors and I would definitely recommend them. They take their time with a patient and genuinely care. The office staff has always been kind and quick to respond and I can usually get a same day appointment if needed.
