Change those that are in charge of cleaning rooms. Doctor, RN, and receptionist were great. Back of house staff can't do their job. Over 8 hrs waiting for a clean room after surgery. Surgery was at 9:30am. It's 9:30pm and still waiting for a clean room. I'm listening to other staff complaining that patients (note the plural we were not the only ones needing a room) are being bounced from pre-op to recovery then back again because they still haven't cleaned a room. If I could leave zero stars, I would the service is Terrible, doctors act they are doing you a favor and don’t wanting listen to you about your symptoms, just got hung up bye a nurse, very unprofessional. I’ve been coming here for years and won’t be back, absolutely terrible. Pure trash!
Its a shame I cannot leave zero stars. Isn't a doctors office supposed to be caring and respectful? If thats what you're looking for DO NOT come here. I thought the staff was rude until I had an encounter with the manager Sheryl....she was the rudest person I have EVER encountered at a doctors office. If I could leave a zero starts rating I honestly would!! This place is an absolute waste of your time. Horrible employees especially the front desk receptionist. They refuse to see patients for being 2 mins late to there appointment. Nasty attitudes from the receptionist that have absolute no respect! And don’t even get me started on the Manager Sheryl, she is very rude, and disrespectful I guess that’s what you have to expect when they hire people that are not educated and have no knowledge on how to treat patients in need ... read more
Honestly I couldn’t agree more with these bad reviews. Worst place ever, currently at the hospital with my elderly mother due to their lack of communication and horrible patient service. They wouldn’t take us in after driving from an hour away because we were less than 5 mins late. Horrible horrible horrible! If you care about yourself or your loved ones do not go here.
