Been going here for years. It's a teaching hospital so your favorite doctor always leaves. Understandable. Recently I lost my health insurance and I told them when I made the appointment that I wasn't sure if my insurance was still active. They called me back 15 minutes later and said it was indeed not active. That a cash appointment was $187 dollars. This place might be beneficial for people but most of the time you’re a Guinea pig. You mind find a doctor you like but after a few years they will leave. Sometimes doctors here don’t know what to do or how to help you. Been going here for years but my last visit called it quits. They will often send you referrals to places that do not accept your insurance on purpose. Physicians are good enough. But the front desk administrative staff are very rude and not knowledgeable. Dawn has an was curt. They make it difficult to get an appointment. I’ve been a patient for over 10 years. But I am looking for a new office. I can’t deal with the incompetence of the front desk staff. Please educate your staff on PHI and HIPAA.
Receptionists were extremely helpful and nice. Dr. Wowk is by far the best, professional doctor at IHA, he's my primary doctor for 6 years. Every doctor @IHA are prefessional, caring
I have been reading all of the posts from all who have left one. I personally have been there since Dr. O'Dowd ran the practice and it was called Infinity Primary Care. This has been and still is a great practice and so are the employees.
