Will not help you find a pharmacy for your prescription, even when you say "hey all the major places like walgreens, cvs, and Meijer can't get this where else should I ask?" They'll tell you to keep looking and figure it out. And I don't know what the heck the process is they have for requesting refills, but previous to this it would've been maybe a day for my refill to get requested from the pharmacy and then the pharmacy might take a couple days to fill it (hard to get prescription) but here they take forever to even submi... read more

I just got my yearly exam with Dr. Mohammad (March 2026), who had a medical student assist him. Dr Mohammad asked me questions but never actually did ANY examination of my body. The student assisting him only checked my breathing - nothing else. My ears, nose, throat, lymph nodes, temp, heart, and reflexes were not tested. Been going here for years. It's a teaching hospital so your favorite doctor always leaves. Understandable. Recently I lost my health insurance and I told them when I made the appointment that I wasn't sure if my insurance was still active. They called me back 15 minutes later and said it was indeed not active. That a cash appointment was $187 dollars. This place might be beneficial for people but most of the time you’re a Guinea pig. You mind find a doctor you like but after a few years they will leave. Sometimes doctors here don’t know what to do or how to help you. Been going here for years but my last visit called it quits. They will often send you referrals to places that do not accept your insurance on purpose. This office does not have X-ray or blood lab on site, you have to visit “their” labs and hope they accept your insurance and if they don’t your out of luck an... read more

Physicians are good enough. But the front desk administrative staff are very rude and not knowledgeable. Dawn has an was curt. They make it difficult to get an appointment. I’ve been a patient for over 10 years. But I am looking for a new office. I can’t deal with the incompetence of the front desk staff. Please educate your staff on PHI and HIPAA.
