Hi. Im Cindy VandenBerg in Grand Rapids Mi. Im home from hospital and rehab. I have big wounds on both lower legs. My home wound care nurse is Jeremy. Trinity health home care. My care is above excellence. He is prompt to scheduled time and ready to work. He thinks outside the box. He is efficient. We have gotten to know each other. His care is proficient. Karen attended to my MIL, Norma, whose 97. Norma doesn't have the QR capabilities on her phone, so I am using mine. She wanted to praise Karen! Karen was kind and very accommodating. We all want to thank her!

I was shuttled to random doctors for my sinus problems and bleeding bowel movements. Everything my main doctor found was treated as a major issue that needed to be resolved now. When i went to their specialist they were confused why i was there the 3 times i was sent. I was shipped out of all of them saying that whatever my main doctor thought he saw wasnt there so go to the next specialist. I eventually get back to my main doctor and instead of trying to findout what we need to do next im sent home with the perscription of ... read more

I can not say just how incredibly thankful I am for this service! The entire team are caring and compassionate. Their attention to detail and dedication in caring for our Mom has been truly life saving. I can not say enough about Karen, the bath aide. She goes above and beyond when taking are of my Mom. Not only did she do a great job with adapting to our Moms changing needs but she also was incredibly thoughtful. They were very flexible and The Times they could visit. They were very professional when they came to help me out. And they left me documents so I could work on some of the problems at home when they're not here. I really enjoyed the home health aid Karen. She was very, very good and all of the people from Trinity. Health home health care knew their business well.
