I want to shout out to Karen, Steve, John, Trevor and Josh for being absolutely amazing during my time there. I can say I had the best food when I was there. They take very good care of you. There are things I would implement in this facility. Such as a small work out center, not free weights for safety reasons, but maybe a treadmill and a weight lifting machine for those that need to improve mental and physical help. GREAT nurses and staff, AWFUL upper management. They don’t truly care for their staff OR patients, only what can benefit them. Sad to see a mental health facility that was renovated with such a low rating, must mean management within HBH hasn’t changed, what a pity. The staff, patients AND the community deserve so much better.
Trinity Health should be absolutely disgusted the way they treat patients at Hackley Behavioral Health. The suffering I endured at Hackley will forever be ingrained into my brain. I suffered physical abuse, psychological manipulation, verbal abuse, physical neglect, and emotional abuse while at Hackley under the care of LaBrenda B (manager).
