This is based on scheduling (or lack of) at the Trinity Health Cancer Center, Ypsilanti. I have a time-sensitive set of iron infusions that need to be scheduled before I move from the area, but they won't call me to schedule. I've been waiting a week. Hoping to move things along, I got their scheduling number from someone in the lab but the schedulers don't answer the phone. It just goes to voicemail, which they ignore. This review is solely based on my experience with the billing and scheduling. I do want to mention the nurse I saw for both iron infusions was amazing. I don’t remember his name, but he was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. My OB gave a referral to the infusion clinic due to having pregnancy induced anemia. The lead infusion scheduler Janette called to set up the appointments. Before scheduling with them I asked if these infusions were covered under my insurance to avoid any large bills. I took my brother in for a procedure to find out he had cancer of the esophagus the doctor force was forcing the tube down my brothers throat knowing that he couldn’t get it in and he got on top of him trying to force the tube in..He was very unprofessional he was not a nice person I would not recommend this facility for no one
The doctors have no compassion nor do they have bedside manners. They basically drain the insurance company for all they could get and my brother passed away.
The absolutely worst website. Come on guys - pull it together. Broken links, misdirections. I can't find anything here.
