2021: Refused to tell me why I needed 5 vials of blood out of me when i was terrified of needles and they made my fear worse. Made me explain why i was harming myself and told me that my problems with my mom needed to be resolved at home. (My home life was and still is terrible). 2025: Went for a upper respiratory infection and told me to go home and take Tylenol because i was fine and probably had the flu. I walked into the E.R. feeling as if I was on deaths door. I was greeted kindly by the staff, treated with care and concern throughout, and left feeling that id received top notch care/service. From the techs to the Doc.. aces... thank you

I walked in there thinking I was gonna die because of strange issues I was having and I don't have insurance so I put it off a long time. Dr David Burkard and the staff I didn't catch their names because at the time I was freaked out, treated me very well, Megan and I have the initials KC as the nurse on the paperwork and even the lady who did an EKG for me. If I could give this place negative stars I would. Make sure plan to spend most of your day here in the emergency. I came to the emergency three times. And the last time was because my doctor said I urgently need to go in because they need to figure out what is going on because I had a major infection going on. The time before that the triage nurse made me decide between my symptoms which were worse. I was told I could only be seen for either my migraine or my abdomen pain. Tried to take my Mom to this hospital. We walk in and there's quite a few people in there. Got her registered took about an hr for treage waited about 4hrs total in waiting room before deciding to leave. Read some reviews and agreed that this Hospital is a joke they don't care about their patients in pain, sick or anything. I would not recommend going here for treatment. This place needs some direction or some plan that will get it in the right direction to help those in need. Maybe try and get some employees that actually c... read more
