Me and my bf went here for him being really sick and barely being able to move and when we got there they just took their sweet time and everyone else was being helped right away and we had to wait 2 hours at 4 am for just an IV and they refuse to give us a room for liquids. We will never be coming here again and the staff was very rude towards us.

My Brother was taken to the ER there from Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital as they were worried about my Brother not being responsive as he has a brain injury. This was in the morning. Mary Free Bed gave them all the info on my Brother and my contact information which was on the cover page. I waited all day worried about my brother no call from the hospital at all. Cory our PA very personal. Explaining procedures test results discharge information and just reassuring 88 year old mother as well as family members. Never once felt rushed. What a Blessing for St. Mary's ER to have Cory and all those rendered care. Thank You

Yesterday I was on a late night ride on my cycle and I found an unconscious woman in the snow outside of the hospital emergency room. She was face down and not breathing correctly. I immediately went to the emergency room and alerted the security staff. The sense of urgency was rather pitiful. Do better.

I was well taken care of Here and everyone that I had interactions with were very nice and helpful. You just need to check their website if you can before going so you don't have to wait for so long to be seen.
