Overall good experience. The initial wait was a little longer than we would've liked but it was kind of full. Nurses and doctors were friendly and took care of things in a timely manner. The main thing was the discharge speed. The doctor said a time we would be discharged and they came in at that time and the discharge paperwork was ready at that time. That's great compared to other ERs we've been to before where it would take upwards of 2 hours to get discharged.
Don’t recommend, Everyone here is rude. I would pick McLaren over this place.
My sister went there by ambulance so I know she is in the hospital. So I asked for a update on her .The hospital said she is not ever there but my sister just called me from the hospitals phone !?!? I told them that she called me from your phone # the lady on the phone got very rude to for no reason and kept repeating herself over and over again she is not in the hospital. I wouldn’t give any stars if it was possible. WORST ER in Oakland county!!! 3 hours and have not even been seen, however taking minor injuries/ills back. Not understanding that at all!!!
