This location was wonderful when needed! The wait was short, the staff was amazing, they asked me questions and cared about me and what I had going on. Knowing that they are 24/7, I would go back there again for any of my urgent/emergency needs and recommend this location to friends and family.
I've had a wonderful doctor here and I was admitted to the hospital because of her care. There were attentive nurses that took car of me, and I had the best experience considering the circumstances. My last visit was several months later and I had a different dr. To say that experience was different is an understatement. I was referred in by my nurse hotline due to the severity of my symptoms. I live in a town where Corewell came in and tore down our hospital. We all loved our hospital and I hate to give Corewell any of my business. Especially when all of their facilities have horrible ratings. My husband had a painful kidney stone so we tried this new location about 45 minutes from our home. Not only is the facility beautiful but they people are so loving and kind. I don't know how it is when it's packed but we were in a room in about 5 minutes. I was far from impressed with the entire staff other than the nurse (she was great) . I brought my three year old grand daughter in about 11pm for wheezing and a really bad cough. We had just got done with the nurse and she had asked me for a drink of water, which I did not have. I finished the diet coke I had been drinking all but maybe one drink and gave that to her.
