My friend had a health emergency, which I supervised for them since they were nearly non-verbal, while traveling and the staff here is exceptional from front desk to Dr. Davis They ran an extensive differential diagnosis, keeping us informed at each step. Within the first 15 minutes of seeing the Dr. she had a theory and quickly turned it into a diagnosis. Dr. Recknagel nailed my issue. In one round of IV steroid I feel like a new man when I couldn’t get out of bed for days. Thank you Dr. R and team Kristy and Scott!
I went there after working a 12 hr shift, they got me checked in ( the girl at the front desk was super sweet). I got back in the room n the nurses are amazing. The dr. Came in and checked me out and she was super nice as well. They made sure I didn't have any questions and made sure I had the correct medicine b4 I left. I wish it was a dr. Office been awhile since I had welcoming and warming staff. And they definitely listend to what was wrong. Thank you for your care.
Dr. Buchanan and all the nurses I saw were so friendly, caring and kind. Came in for a large abscess bc I couldn’t get seen by a dentist for another month and a half. With in 20 minutes I was already numbed up. In and out in less than an hour even with higher priority patients. Im really impressed here, I was expecting a couple hours here. By far my best ER visit (coming from a chronically ill person)
Always received friendly and helpful care. Felt well taken care of when in emergency department and during a stay there. Prefer over the care received in Muskegon location
