I see dr. Slager there. I had the most off putting experience this entire time I've been going. But yesterday took the cake for me. So let me preface this with, I was sent here because I was in an auto accident in august and got a tbi. Before accident I had migraines that were mostly controlled with meds. This office is completely overwhelmed which means poor patient care. My doctor frequently cannot be reached by his own nursing staff to sign scripts, send in prior auths etc.. sometimes for weeks at a time. I’ve had to advocate so hard for any sort of treatment. They also tell you to call for severe migraines to be brought in same day for lidocaine injections but then they don’t get you scheduled for days… However their pharmacist Joshua J is fantastic. At first I had great things to say. I’m second guessing everything now. You have to be the one to contact them or you won’t hear from them. They say one thing and do another. I’m constantly left confused. Every time i talk to someone it’s a different story. At first I thought am I not listening but other people hear the same conversation so I know I’m hearing what they are saying. I’m at the point of going over to Corewell. Dr. Melanie Taylor took excellent care of me. She examined my inability to walk thoroughly. Asked many questions of me and asked my wife her observations. Very caring!!! Also arranged to fit me with the best leg brace I have ever worn. What a God send the clinic was for me!!!
