Generally pretty quick. Good service, take time to listen. Treatments are pretty spot on. It's always hard to know how to diagnose as you're a new patient to any urgent care you see, but they do their best.
Very disappointed with my last visit to urgent care. I explained what was wrong and took tests and doc said I had upper respiratory infection and to just take over the counter and rest. I told her when I get sick I get extremely sick and I came in the second it started instead of waiting and asked for antibiotics or steroids. She said I’ll be fine in 4-10 days not to worry. ETA: I just reviewed my clinicians notes. It says that “HE is to take Tylenol for pain” and then follows that I’m a 26/f. PA s. Semma lied on legally binding documents about my state of mental orientation, psychiatric symptoms I was experiencing, physical symptoms I was experiencing, and that all plans were answered and discussed. I’m glad I have documentation of the neglect and inaccuracies on my report, and diagnosis and treatment from the right person after seeking further care. Fantastic service. I was in and out in 15 minutes no joke. Respectful polite staff. Easy check in. Very clean inside Edit- unfortunately the doctor gave me such a limited amount of a non controlled medication that it wasn’t enough to treat a bacterial infection so, I wasted all the money I spent here. I feel like they did that on purpose knowing it wasn’t enough to treat the infection. Even the pharmacist was confused by how little they prescribed. Guess it’s all about money and not patient care…Sad!
I was referred to East Brighton because the Urgent Care in South Lyon's x-ray machine was down. I was very impressed with the entire staff. The wait time was minimal and the Physician's Assistant who treated me was very nice. The young lady who applied the splint was excellent as well. The facility was very clean and pleasant and is much bigger than it appears. I highly recommend East Brighton Urgent Care.
