First time patient & it was a Horrible experience. Dr. Burch is very dismissive and rude. She made many insensitive comments. If you are looking for someone that wants to help you & cares about your health book with someone else.

I have seen Dr. Pipitone here for years and she is absolutely the best! Any concern I’ve ever had is always taken seriously and addressed kindly. The nurses here are also very kind dealing with any questions or concerns I have regarding prescriptions. Unlike other offices, the providers are quick to respond to messages as well. I would very much recommend seeing Dr. Pipitone at this practice, especially if you have ever felt unseen by a provider in the past.

I saw Dr. Baca today, her bedside manner is very poor. It was my first time at this office and she just acted like I was a bother to her. I asked about a procedure I was hoping to have done and she cared to give me zero details about the procedure. I showed her a skin rash near my breast I was having issue with and she didn’t even get out of her chair and look at it, I stood up to show her and ask questions and she acted like I shouldn’t be asking her those questions. My mom has always taken me here all growing up, when i hit about 15 we went to this gynecologist department! i’ve always had issues with the staff, they are poor at being honest and real with you. i’ve had a reoccurring issues and i’ve ended up switching offices because every time i’d walk into this one the doctor and nurses just seemed tired of taking time out of there day to treat me…. but they never really treated me and it always came back. very difficult people to do business/ manage your heath with. definitely will gre... read more

I’ve loved this office and have been going here for years but I had an appointment today scheduled for 9:00, I showed up at 8:45 and by 9:30 I still hadn’t been called back. I mentioned to reception that I had been waiting for a long time and was watching people who came in after me getting called over and over. I know it’s not the receptionist’s fault but nothing was done about it.
