Dr. Gates is kind and patient in person, but she will abandon you completely if you're not physically in front of her. I went in for my 8 week appt. during my first pregnancy in 2024 and there were problems. She sent me to get an ultrasound at the hospital to confirm that I had lost the pregnancy and I had. I've always been nervous going to really any doctor's appointments, but Dr. Gates made me feel so important and comfortable! She was incredibly kind, compassionate and personable. I felt so heard and understood by her, and I couldn't recommend her more! The nurses who saw me before and after the doctor were efficient with their tests and questions, and once again made me feel very seen and heard. They were awesome! The staff of this place is great, I will most definitely be back!

After reading so many negative reviews on Dr Hill I was really nervous to get my women’s well exam with her. However, I didn’t have any issues with her. She isn’t super bubbly or anything but in no way was she rude. She kept me distracted and as comfortable as possible during my exam. The receptionists were also very nice and the appointment was pretty quick! My appointment was at 10:20 and I was out by 11:00.

I had an overall great experience the receptionist was polite and nice the nurse that took me back same demeanor as the first but DR. Hill was the cherry on top she listened and asked questions to be completely thorough with her answers she was pleasant and made sure I was comfortable of all the years she is the best OBGYN I've encountered

I have seen Dr. Hill for 2 years now. She has been very informative, professional, and straightforward at all of my visits. Highly recommend coming here if you need a credible doctor.
