Dr Victor Hakim did both of my hip replacements. I have to go about 3 times a year for cortisone injections in my hip bursas due to bursitis. I love this doctor and would not go to any other! He is such a compassionate man and I wish I could give him more than 5 stars!
There are no patient bathrooms inside this clinic and “barely enough for staff” according to the tech. So we get to change into a paper gown and then walk out through the lobby to use the bathroom and wait in line to be let back in. Why is this ok?
Doctor J Thomas, is a true Master in his field. He took on my case (Thank God) I had a botched shoulder replacement a few years ago (different surgeon,hospital) I feel truly blessed that Do Thomas was willing to help me. He did another full reverse shoulder replacement. Minimal pain after the surgery, healing extremely well. At 11 weeks I'm meeting and exceeding expectations. First off, they denied us making an appointment for a broken bone because they wanted a different insurance. Once we get that all set and get the appointment (a month later, still walking on a broken bone), we waited over 2 hours before the doctor came in. Once he came in it was an absolute waste of time, he dismissed everything we were concerned about. He was extremely rude to us, I’ve never met a doctor that was so rude, when we voiced our concerns and asked any questions. Will not be going back, just a waste of time.
Thank god for Dr J Telfer. could barely walk till seeing him. U of M said they could done nothing for me and left me unable to walk . My husband said a co worker went to IHA for hip replacement and said they were amazing so I thought I’d give it a try and amazing. Dr Telfer has the best bedside manner I’ve ever seen. Thank you for getting me moving again.
