Called to schedule a follow up appointment for my 1 year old on a Saturday after 2 rounds of antibiotics and a lingering ear infection. Nurse said there weren’t any and suggested the urgent care. I stated that the urgent care wouldn’t be helpful because ear infections are opinionated and there’s only so much they can do in his case. Apparently this office does not take any patients that cannot have immunizations. Even if it will kill them, even if you have a waiver, they will not care for your child.
Let me start by saying I have a doctor in my family, and I myself have a sport medicine degree. I respect doctors. I also appreciate good communication & uphold some standards for said communication. This place doesn’t have it. We were not warned about the rotavirus vaccine side effects by our doctor, and it’s basically ruined our baby’s digestive system. She had perfect digestion, slept well, & was easy enough to take care of. Now? Constant loose stools (we’ve taken her back since, and they said to wait it out). It’... read more
We have been going here for over a year and LOVE the team here. Dr McDonald is fantastic! We've also met with Dr Brenner and really likes her as well. Nurses are very helpful with phone advice and we've easily been able to get last minute appts during office hours. Cannot recommend enough!
The staff here is truly incredible. The ladies at the front desk always have a smile and warm welcome upon arrival. Marisa Dasilva, Kandice Schifko and Jennifer McDonald are beyond kind. They listen well and are easy to talk to! Marla Mikelait is also another favorite, she is very professional and acknowledges the realities of motherhood.
