I’ve been taking both my kiddos here since they were born and we’ve had such supportive experiences here. The office staff are always so kind and can usually fit us into the schedule in a timely manner. We’ve seen just about every provider and they’ve all been very helpful and knowledgeable in keeping our littles safe and healthy. My family and I can’t recommend this office enough.
Dr. Gardner is one of the kindest people I’ve encountered. Not only is he a wonderful doctor, he is patient, listens to concerns, and very much about the best interest for the child. I am thankful I found him as a pediatrician as he has been a blessing to our family!
I will echo other recent reviews. I've been taking my kids here for years & ever since they moved to the new building, it's been an absolute nightmare dealing with the reception staff. It's a 45 minute wait to schedule an appointment by phone. They tend to be rude & unhelpful when you do get through &/or when you come in. Today, I waited 90 minutes for my son to be seen, because THEY called & asked us to come 10 minutes later than scheduled. Clueless and rude office staff. Argumentative and do not listen. Office manage was just as terrible. Making excuses for staff and only being helpful after I had called three times in a day. Her staff kept hanging up on me and transferring me to nurses and billing department’s instead of the office manager like I had asked. Doctors are competent and care but it’s not worth the hassle of dealing with staff. I started attending this practice when I was pregnant with my daughter. Now my daughter is a patient here. We had a lot of visits the first few month and every PA, nurse, and doctor we saw took time to reassure me and worked with me to decide the best options for my daughter. Dr. Tara is our pediatrition and is so fun and talks directly to our daughter when we have visits. I can't recommend Chelsea Peds enough!
