I recently called Trinity Health for immediate assistance, and the team quickly scheduled an appointment at this branch, which is not my regular location. It was my first visit here and with Dr. Abdrabboh. The office was clean, and I was called in promptly for my appointment. I recently called this office to inquire about possibly switching my child to their practice. One of the first questions I was asked was whether my child is vaccinated. After I answered honestly, I was told they would not accept my child as a patient. What stood out to me wasn’t just the policy itself, but how quickly the conversation ended after that single question. 1st visit with my newborn was a success. From walking into the lobby and getting out of there. I cannot thank enough Dr Sennerikuppam , she responded all my questions , took the time with my baby and I felt she cared. I also consulted with lactation Gerich, CNP and I was so anxious because I want to breastfeed ,even though I had no appointment but was all over the place crying she came in and offered her guidance. I love the doctors and staff at this practice. Most of them care and try their best to do what they can for their patients. I've brought my kids here for years but I am VERY unhappy with their billing practices as of lately. BE AWARE that if you have a well child here and your child has pre existing conditions or you talk about anything other than their vitals done at the appointment, even if the doctor brings it up themselves, YOU WILL BE BILLED FOR AN OFFICE VISIT ON TOP OF WELL CHILD! Id give zero stars if I could. This office will have you sit in a room for 30 minutes to an hour sometimes, finally come in and spend 10 minutes with you and then find every way to nickel and dime you for "assessments". Once your kids are 12 get ready for your rights as a parent to be limited. They will talk over you and to your "child" about procedures.
