I recently called this office to inquire about possibly switching my child to their practice. One of the first questions I was asked was whether my child is vaccinated. After I answered honestly, I was told they would not accept my child as a patient. 1st visit with my newborn was a success. From walking into the lobby and getting out of there. I cannot thank enough Dr Sennerikuppam , she responded all my questions , took the time with my baby and I felt she cared. I also consulted with lactation Gerich, CNP and I was so anxious because I want to breastfeed ,even though I had no appointment but was all over the place crying she came in and offered her guidance. I recently called Trinity Health for immediate assistance, and the team quickly scheduled an appointment at this branch, which is not my regular location. It was my first visit here and with Dr. Abdrabboh. The office was clean, and I was called in promptly for my appointment. Though I was wearing a mask, the nurse who took my vitals seemed hesitant due to my coughing and had difficulty securing the blood pressure cuff properly, which led to multiple attempts. Great pediatricians office! We are first time parents and everyone we saw there was amazing. When we’ve had questions or need to be seen we can get in same day. Dr. Teach us especially great. Very patient and knowledgeable! Definitely recommend

Got billed for talking about something that wasn't considered part of my child's wellness visit. When I made the appointment I was asked if we had any concerns. Even during the visit, the doctor asked if we had anything to talk about. So we brought up one concern about leg pain and received a bill because of it. When I called billing to ask why when it was during the wellness visit, she explained due to some 2018 policy, if it didn't fall under "wellness", which mind you is 'preventive care', then you get billed separate... read more
