My twins have been patients at IHA Domino’s Farm Pediatrics since birth. My daughter has had some recent health issues and we have had 4 doctor office visits in the past 10 days. Every single time they have been responsive and able to see my daughter same day. We have seen 4 different providers on each visit (1 being our regular Pediatrician Dr. Cooke who is amazing) and every single doctor and NP was amazing. I love iha! I had my pre natal care here, birthed my twins (st joes) and my babies care has been through iha. I never wait more than 5 minutes in the waiting room, doctors are friendly and actually listen to you wants/needs. Usually appointments are fair accessible to get in. Sometimes there’s a bit of a wait for an appointment but not usually. I highly recommend iha for any of your needs. This location is my favorite, worth the drive for me
IHA pediatrics is fantastic. We have never had 1 bad experience ever at the office and Dr. Cooke as well as the staff are phenomenal. We have seen just about every doctor in the office when we needed to be seen when our kids are sick , if Dr. Cooke is unavailable and everyone has always been great. Very helpful staff and always do their best to fit us in when their is an urgent matter. We love IHA pediatrics and Dr. Cooke.
My daughter has been going here since an infant, she is 17 now. We love the doctors there. Dr. Cook has been her primary doctor for awhile now. She is very thorough when we visit, making sure she addresses any concerns my daughter is having and answers all of our questions. I would highly recommend any of the doctors at IHA pediatrics dominoes farm.
The doctors are great especially Dr. Yousef. Nurses and staff in pediatrics are not great and quite snappy and short unlike their adult PCP and OB units on the same building. I don't understand how some of these folks get to work with kids. Also, my son who was 2 months old also caught RSV likely from this office and ended up in the hospital. Likely from the nurse who handled him, who was coughing and sniffling yet not wearing a mask. Billing is terrible. We keep having to resubmit our claims because the bills were sub... read more
