if I could give zero stars I would because unfortunately I wasn’t even able to be seen at this office. This office refused to see my one month old, who was not eating and needed to be seen desperately and urgently. I was called and told that due to my son being a patient of primary care (IHA too), Pediatrics division wouldn’t be able to see him. When I asked why since he is a pediatric patient but he needed an urgent appointment (PCP full schedule) They were unable to give me a reason besides they couldn’t cross divisions. ... read more
Love this office. Staff is always very kind and helpful. Dr. Pollak is honestly the best. She listens to all concerns, doesn't make you feel unimportant, and actually helps get to the bottom of things.
I love the doctors and staff here, they are always wonderful; however, I just found out that they require children to be vaccinated or you will be asked to leave the practice. FYI pediatricians receive commissions and end of year bonuses for having a fully vaccinated practice. I don't appreciate the ~requirement~ of vaccinations when Michigan doesn't require them.
We love coming here to see Dr. Pollak! She takes great care of our kiddos and we appreciate her insight, caring advice and friendly approach. The office staff is great as well. Sometimes there are extended wait times for shots and we have had a couple of rescheduled appointments but other than that this is an amazing office.
Top notch! We have been with the practice since our first born in 2009. We LOVE Dr Dunn. Very easy to talk to. I think my daughters will feel comfortable with her well into their adolescent years. We have seen other providers in the office over the years and have been very happy with lol of them. Office is very accommodating for sick visits. Always clean. I highly recommend!
