We’ve been going here for 8 years. 3 kids. We’ve seen just about every provider and never had any issues. Excellent care every time. Providers listen and treat our issues appropriately. I’m sure there’s more to story with the other reviews.
I scheduled an appointment with this office through the IHA app. Staff decides it’s a good idea to call me less than 10 minutes before my appointment time to inform me that they cannot see my son. I drove over 35 minutes to get to this location so that my son could be seen by a pediatrician. Her answer to me was basically so sorry for your bad luck. Went to the ER last night 3/7/24 due to facial numbness and tingling. Since their system wouldn’t even allow me to schedule an office visit b/c of my symptoms. No answers at the ER, they couldn’t do an MRI unless I stayed overnight. I said I’d follow up with my doctors office in the morning to get a referral for MRI to rule out a stroke. Called South lyon office at 8:05am got put on a wait list to talk to a nurse. Called back after 2 hours b/c no one has called. Now on hour 3 with no call back and still have the same ... read more
Update: I've been taking my kids to see Dr DeLeon for care for 5+ years and she's been terrific. Today, her and her staff were super helpful working around an insurance issue. I appreciate the compassion, common sense and excellent care.
Staff is nice, Dr korpal is very nice but the rules to follow by are ridiculous. I understand its a catholic practice.. ive had all children at St Joes. This office can't see all 3 kids in one day, the mandate vaccines if not they tell you to your face we aren't fit to be together. And when my child is in for a sick visit and they find nothing wrong and they then tell me if anything changes call us and we can prescribe something for you... well 2 days go by after appointment and my one child's snot turns from clear to gree... read more
