Dr. Gordon and Dr. Nash are heroes in our family. Incredible pediatricians and the staff from check-in, to xray (Shannon I believe), and MAs are just as wonderful. They remember both of my kids names and talk to them as I usually have both kids with me at their appointments. We are so grateful for not only them, but the offerings as well (on call nurses, appointment availability, etc).
I’ve brought my daughter here twice, and both visits have been excellent. She sees Dr. Gordon, who is incredibly knowledgeable. He’s patient, personable, and genuinely cares about his patients’ well-being. The nurses and staff are also very welcoming and friendly. I really appreciate how quickly we were able to get an appointment.
Never had a bad experience until I spoke to nurse Cindi over the call to make appointment for my sick kids. I gently asked if I can get appointment for both my kids together but she said they don’t have availability and made appointments for my kids at different times- 3:30 and 4:40. She kept asking me to bring someone with me because they can’t see the other kid at 4:40 if my kid will be alone in the room, which was confusing to me given they have different appointment times, so I asked if the 3:30 appointment will take an ... read more
I’m pretty sure her name is Te (she wears glasses beautiful black woman ) she is the best nurse I have ever had at IHA she went above and beyond to not only make my son feel comfortable who is special needs I may add but also made me feel super comfortable and made the whole process so easy. I’ve never had someone be able to take care of him with such ease She is truly meant for this profession and such an amazing nurse thanks again Te
We love the doctors, nurses, receptionists, even the call center. We get prompt, compassionate care every single time, and i have 3 kids, so we are here a lot. We drive 50 minutes to this office because we are always treated with care and competence. My only sadness is that I can't be seen here as I am an adult!
