We started here seeing Dr. Kowalski almost 5 years ago, and then after her retirement, we transitioned to Dr. Palka. After seeing Dr. Gorman, we then transitioned to her care, but all doctors and NPs here are stellar. We have seen Dr. Nair for a few sick visits. I have no qualms or issues with the office staff or medical team. Appointments are usually fairly easy to make, even sometimes same-day appointments when necessary. There are so many things I could say about how wonderful union lakes pediatrics has been to our family over the years. My children have been with Dr. Gorman since birth. I remember day I delivered my oldest son almost 14 years ago and Dr. Gorman popped in to check on him. I knew at that moment the right decision in pediatricians had been made. We absolutely love this office and recommend it to everyone! For reference we have a 2.5 yr old and a 6 month old. Dr Palka is our primary pediatrician but we’ve also seen Dr Nair for sick visits and Dr Gorman a few times as well. All these ladies are FANTASTIC doctors. They’re incredibly personable and kind. My husband and I feel comfortable every time we have an appointment. You can easily see that the rest of the staff love to work with kids too. We have been going here for 16 years ,This office has gone downhill over the years. They used to be amazing. The Doctors working there are absolutely amazing but now if you have a sick kid you are told 2 week wait if they get a cancelation...what is the point of having a doctor if you can't be seen when you are sick? Urgent care has now been our primary for the last year.

Like others have said, the doctors here are seriously amazing!! I'm truly grateful for the care and attention Dr Gorman gives my kids. She doesn't just treat them physically, but also emotional and mentally. Also as others have pointed out, the office staff has become awful the 1 to 1.5 years. Some of the staff, especially the nurses, are still very friendly, while others are blatantly rude. It can also take a really long time to reach anyone when calling.
