My children have been seen by this office for seven years and they’ve been so kind and amazing. The after hours staff is always so helpful, especially when I was a panicked new mom. They generally get us in and out quickly but also take the time to hear us when we have more detailed concerns. We love Dr. Lin but have had great experiences with all the providers.

The doctors are caring and helpful to our kids. However keep a close eye out for coding issues, billing, and transparency. Billing coded our flu shot incorrectly and we spent hours and hours getting it corrected. Also, if you think you're going in for a free annual physical, BEWARE! If you mention any minor normal issue that might occur during the year, expect an added bill. We've been bringing our daughter here for 14+ years and all of our experiences have been great. We've seen a handful of doctors, as a few of them have moved out of state, and all have been wonderful with both kids and adults. For the past several years we have been with Dr. Thompson and could not be happier. She is so kind, real and helpful. She makes going to the doctor something that we look forward to. All of the staff we have interacted with have been really great too!

My husband needed an ultrasound due to an immediate concern. Emily took care of us and was kind, efficient and thoughtful from the moment we walked in (even offered a snack while waiting for imaging results.) Laura, the PA, explained her findings and made us feel confident. I loved the atmosphere of the place and all the staff we saw smiled and looked very professional, including the young lady at the front desk. Bravo! Not impressed with the office staff or the provider Dr. Wheatley. Both times I brought my sons here, I left feeling dissatisfied with the care. The office staff were not friendly, and Dr. Wheatley was rushed and awkward with our toddlers. He was not thorough in their exam and did not go over some of the basics, such as growth percentiles, etc. When I asked, he just told me to check their chart for the info.
