Was referred to this practice for foot pain and was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis and recommended getting custom inserts. Was told I had to pay upfront for inserts and then they would charge my insurance after I came and picked them up. After not hearing anything from my insurance for a few months I called iha billing to find out they had never been sent to my insurance. My 93 yo mother was referred to this place by her GP. She was having a problem with a callous on the bottom of her foot. Dr. Stoinski saw her for less than 5 minutes. Scraped the callous, and trimmed her toe nails. The bill arrive days later $463.00. I called billing to have this obviously incorrect bill corrected. Only to be told that was the cost, and they would not change it. She is liable for the charge as is.
