I had a horrible experience with their staff and physician assistant. There were many people who were outright rude but one person stood out the most and her name was Christa. I spoke with her towards the end of my interaction and she was extremely rude, disrespectful, and hostile over the phone. I will be trying to connect with upper management regarding this as this is not how patients are to be treated. I will say the most kind, professional conversation I had was with Sunday. I started here as a patient very recently and I myself work for Trinity and know how burnt out all of us are in healthcare especially in primary based care. My PCP recently retired and she wasn’t bad- just referred everything out. I have seen Dr. Kevin Taylor and the PA Max, they are incredibly detailed and kind clinicians. I don’t really understand how people are having such poor experiences here.
I was a patient here for 4 years. Dr.Kutas is will not listen to anything you have to say. She will not partner with you, she will dictate to you your medical issues. 3 different times I was trying to get a diagnosis for VERY serious issues. Instead I had to go to different specialists to find my answers. And 2 different Dr.s treated me for 2 very DIFFERENT problems. One blood test could have easily of shown the problem.If I would have listened to her diagnosis and all the brush off. I would be still in the agonizing pain.... read more
Dr.Kutas i wouldnt ever make app with again! I made one on a monday with her it was set for the following saturday and friday at 5 she had someone call and flat out cancel me wirh no reason why! Im not a problem patient the doctors and staff that i have seen have been great and ive never had a problem with anyone else! Dr. Dong is a special, exceptional doctor. She listens and understands my lengthy, complex medical history. She is "present" during appointments and responds to all questions, adding her thoughts and suggestions for care. I feel very comfortable with her and appreciate her calm. positive manner and sense of humor. Five of my friends also go to her and feel the same way I do. It is rare to find a physician like her who possesses all of the qualities you would like!
