I have had great experiences at the Dr office and so has my son. My son sees Dr French and he has always been thorough and kind. He listens and has never mis diagnosed any condition. I see Dr Harmes and she is thoughtful , caring, really took the time to listen, didn’t feel rushed, explained everything very well. I really like the patient portal and that I can message my care team whenever I need to. They have always responded within 24 hours. Reading others experiences surprised me because this has never been my experience.
I love this doctors office my main doctor is Dr. Moore but I have also seen Dr.French and Dr.Abuzoor (I hope I spelled that correctly) but I absolutely love these providers and the care team that work with them. They all answer my numerous questions and have treated me with nothing but respect! I had a very disappointing experience during my first appointment with Dr.Preeya Mohan. Throughout the visit, she was dismissive and came across very rude. When I tried to share my concerns, I felt belittled rather than listened to or understood. As a patient, I expect a provider to be compassionate and attentive—not judgmental. Update: they screwed my appointment up for a second time and after driving all the way there in a snow storm, they turned me away. This is the most incompetent doctors office ive ever encountered. Original review: Highly recommend going somewhere else. The office staff cannot do anything right here. The doctors are OK, but the staff is horrible. They will screw up your appointment times in the system, want to constantly reschedule. They should wipe the office staff clean and start fresh
I saw Dr. French at this practice and the care in general from the entire office was pretty sub standard. Staff was rude and my doctor incorrectly diagnosed me several times. After being referred by Dr. French to a general surgeon for a “hernia” that turned out to be a scar from a cyst I decided to seek care elsewhere. Even the general surgeon was concerned how a Dr. could mistake the scar on my stomach for a hernia and told me I may want to find a new one.
