I have been a patient at this practice for over 15 years and never experienced any issues until my most recent visit. Unfortunately, this visit completely changed my trust in this office. I scheduled a routine annual exam, but without any clear explanation, N. I have used the doctors here for 20+ years and in the past have been satisfied but more recently (since Trinity has taken over) the service has gone downhill. My doctor seemed rushed at my last physical and charged me an additional office visit because I asked about my medications for chronic conditions. I guess that's not part of a physical? Also, the referral department is HORRIBLE! They cannot get referrals required for my Blue Care Network insurance submitted properly and I have to make repeat calls and wait weeks fo... read more
Be cautious when scheduling annual physicals at this hospital. I don't want to blame the entire IHA for the actions of a few individuals, but I have noticed a decline in quality and service recently. My wife was charged for services that she never received, and it will take you ages to reach out to right people to discuss on the billing.
Very late responses for med refills, put on meds only to be taken off with no explanation. Poor communication in between staff, doctors suggest a video visit only for the scheduler to then tell you they can’t do the video visit. It’s a laughable mess and they waste your time. 2 stars because some of the staff actually care and try. IHA lacks infrastructure, they’re just a cog in this sad healthcare system in the US.
I always have a great experience here with medical assistant Susan and Dr. Emily Cox. Would definitely recommend their team. Both are always very friendly, helpful, and flexible with anything I need.
