I followed Dr. Todd to this new office. Even though it's a bit of a trek across the county for me, it's been totally worth it. Scheduling is easy and wait times for appointments are reasonable. I've never had to wait longer than 10 minutes once I've checked in. Dr. Todd is thorough and helpful and the other medical and reception staff are friendly and always ready with explanations. I highly recommend!
I have found the staff to be very welcoming and the dr kind and compassionate. I was surprised by the other reviews as it had not been our experience at all. IHA Dexter is a great office with minimal wait times and a positive experience overall.
I have always been impressed with the staff and with Dr. Todd here at the Dexter facility. Friendly and professional and definitely meet my medical needs. With my yearly physical I can get lab work done here without having to go elsewhere. Highly recommend.
Staff is very friendly and the smaller office makes for closer relationships with staff as well.
