I’ve been coming to Trinity Health IHA Medical Group – Primary Care for years and honestly don’t get the low overall rating. Nobody wants to go to the doctor, but as far as doctor’s offices go, this one has always treated me well. I originally came here based on recommendations from my grandpa and dad to see Dr. Winston, and more recently I’ve been seeing Dr. Vaughn, who has been great—professional, thorough, and easy to talk to. I can’t speak to the quality of physicians here but the office seems to be unorganized. I brought my two kids here for flu shots. Out of the three of us, the office only billed insurance for one of the three vaccinations let me tell you this has been a headache to resolve. We will go to Walgreens for all flu and Covid shots in the future to avoid a ridiculous hassle.
It’s a danger place! Save your time and life , keep away from this practice! I was with IHA for 4 years , as I was generally healthy I only go there for immunisation or physical. I don’t think the staff there is motivated and even know what they are doing. Wanted a nurse appointment for my vaccine. It’s took me 15 minutes for the receptionist to make the appointment and she repeatedly ask me same questions, put on hold for another 5 mins before I get the appointment. The IHA network is superior to other health systems. Everyone is very professional, the offices are efficiently run, everyone is helpful and it is great to have all records in My Chart. Dr. Tendai Thomas explains very clearly, makes suggestions to improve my health and refers to specialists when needed. I am completely satisfied!
Bad experience in this place. People don't seem to know what they're doing. After making an appointment and giving all the information about the insurance. Everything ok. I called days before to confirm Ok. When I arrived at the scheduled time I was informed that the insurance is not accepted and will be charged out of pocket. Waste of time. In addition to the arrogance as it is treated. Stay away from this place.
